Listed below are the core criteria for eligibility:
1. You must be at least 16 years old and have the right to live and work in the UK
2. The apartment must be your primary or only home
3. You should not already own residential property. If you do, you’ll need to be able to explain why you cannot live there.
4. Your total household income (before tax) must not exceed £58,331 per annum.
5. Affordability will be based on your income, including any benefits and pensions that you receive.

Your damage deposit will be payable before you move into the property and is equivalent to one month’s rent.
Our IMR availability is as follows:
Three-bedroom apartment = £1,297.89 per month

Listed below are the documents that will be required to secure an IMR apartment:
1. Bank statements from the last 3 months
2. Wage slips from the last 3 months (whether paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
3. Your latest P60
4. If self-employed, at least 1 year of certified tax returns
5. Photo ID such as a passport or driving license
6. Proof of current address and your address history for the past 3 years
7. Proof of your right to live and work in the UK (visas must be valid when the tenancy begins)

Ahead of being selected for an IMR property your eligibility must be confirmed. This means submitting all the required documentation and completing an application form.
